Change the LSA type, area design, and SPF timer and watch the server-computed flooding scope, per-area SPF load, and convergence timeline move. Areas contain the blast radius; stub areas drop Type-5 AS-External LSAs — validated against FRRouting's ospfd/ospf_flood.c + ospfd/ospf_spf.c (frr-10.6.1) and RFC 2328.
