zerohop.dev is an educational tool. We collect the minimum needed to run your account and improve the product — nothing more, and nothing we sell.
What we collect
- Your email address — handled by our authentication provider (Clerk) so you can sign in and we can reach you about your account.
- Learning data — your kata attempts, module progress, and assessment results, so we can track your progress and show weak-area analysis.
- Billing status — if you subscribe, your subscription tier and status. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record); we never see or store your card details.
What we don't collect
No tracking pixels. No third-party advertising or analytics that carry personal data. No cross-site profiling. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate-only — it measures page views and performance without collecting personal data or fingerprinting you. Because it stores no personal data, it requires no consent banner.
Where your data is stored
Application data is stored in the European Union (Hetzner, Falkenstein / Helsinki). Authentication (Clerk) and payments (Lemon Squeezy) are handled by their respective providers under their own privacy terms.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all associated learning data — progress, kata attempts, and assessment results — at any time from your dashboard. This is immediate and permanent.
To additionally erase your authentication record (your email held by our auth provider), or if you have any deletion request you can't complete yourself, email [email protected] and we will action it.
